3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information for the execution of the services. They are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for the materials they provide to us (logos, images, texts) and for ensuring they do not infringe on third-party rights.
The client must actively collaborate in the process, responding to requests for information and approval within reasonable timeframes. Delays attributable to the client may affect the agreed delivery deadlines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Yorkstreetbrands within the scope of a project (designs, texts, strategies, code) is the property of Yorkstreetbrands until full payment for the contracted services is made. Once paid, the client acquires the commercial usage rights to the final deliverables, as agreed in the specific contract.
Yorkstreetbrands reserves the right to display the work carried out in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless an explicit written confidentiality agreement exists.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yorkstreetbrands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including data loss, loss of business opportunities, or lost profits.
Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Modifications and Term
Yorkstreetbrands reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
